Job Description:

The Oracle ERP Developer is responsible for the full lifecycle management of Oracle ERP solutions, including design, development, implementation, and maintenance. This technical role requires close collaboration with functional teams to enhance system functionality, develop custom reports, and ensure optimal performance and stability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Development & Customization: Develop, modify, and enhance core Oracle ERP modules (Finance, HR, SCM, Procurement) using specialized tools like PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Oracle Workflow, and OAF.
Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications utilizing APIs and web services. Manage data migration and transformation during system upgrades.
Performance and Stability: Develop and optimize queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Troubleshoot complex ERP-related issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and ensure system stability by applying necessary patches and upgrades.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations and technical procedures.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience: 3–7 years of direct experience as an Oracle ERP Developer.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred): Oracle certification (OCP in Oracle ERP or PL/SQL) is highly desirable.
