We are a growing digital marketing agency that specializes in performance marketing for healthcare and service-based businesses. We're looking for a talented PPC Specialist who can take the lead on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation, with additional support across Google Ads and other platforms as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize high-converting lead generation campaigns.

  • Build and test creative and audience variations.Continuously improve CPL and lead quality metrics.

• Campaign Management:

  • Own campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization across platforms.

  • Maintain and monitor ad budgets, performance, and pacing.

• Strategy & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance, generate weekly/monthly reports.Provide strategic recommendations based on data to improve results.

• Landing Page & Funnel Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our internal GHL (GoHighLevel) and web team to ensure strong conversion paths.

  • Suggest funnel or form optimizations to enhance lead quality.

• Client-Facing (Optional but Preferred):

  • Occasionally, join client calls or provide Loom video updates explaining results and next steps.
