| Job Description: |
The main tasks to perform this job include the following: -
- To ensure closure of the assigned complaints/requests received through any customer touch point.
- To investigate the complaints according to the relevant SOPs.
- To take action and close the complaints/requests within the turnaround time.
- To adhere to & comply with the policies & procedures while performing routine tasks.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: - Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Relevant Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in a relevant field.

Certifications: Communication Skills Training is preferred, Basic MS Office training is preferred, Product Training is preferred at the time of hiring, etc.
