As an architect, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative and functional architectural projects. Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

• Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.

Project Management:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.

Client Interaction:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients clearly and compellingly.

Code Compliance:

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
