| Job Description: |
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Keeping an eye on housekeeping staff for keeping the premises clean and presentable all the time
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Greeting and welcoming members as they enter the premises
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and keep messages and response timely
- Prepare outgoing mail and messages by drafting correspondence including scheduling and rescheduling of time of members
- Preparing and sending invoices to members by mail, SMS or by handing invoices personally when members are in premises
- Collection of the monthly fee from members by proper follow-up
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Manage appointments for sales through social media and referrals etc
- Making sales by explaining the procedures to prospected members who come after appointments
- Managing social (Facebook, Instagram etc) by preparing and updating proper material
- Ensure the company’s policies and security requirements are met
- Take up other duties as assigned by reporting authority
- Must have good communication skills (ppoken & written)
