We are looking for following skill:

• Must be hands-on with .Net 3.x/4.x (ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services, AJAX, and Entity Framework) development. 
• Expertise in VB.Net & C#.NetExpertise in HTML5, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, LINQ and JQuery. 
• Should be hands-on with SQL Server 2005 and 2008 to write stored procedures, user defined functions using T-SQL and Microsoft. 
• Follow and maintain design and coding standards set in by the organization. 
• Should be good in documentation by analyzing the code and database. 
• Incorporates client requests and requirements to existing/new development of an enterprise solution. 

The ideal resource must possess good English communication skills, 2+ years of experience in Asp.Net, MVC, Entity Frame Work, Angular JS
