Job Summary:
To facilitate new customer onboarding via Digital medium. This job role requires client visits on regular basis and to manage customer relationships
Job Requirements:
- Timely fulfilment of Digital Onboarding Leads.
- Well-versed with Digital App usage.
- Strong coordination with branches and back office for timely processing of new onboarding requests.
- Ensure discrepancies-free digital account opening.
- Plan and execute outreach activities in Malls, Universities & Corporations, etc. every month.
- Guide and train customers on Digital App usage. Also, cross sell different banking products.
- Must be highly focused to meet targets.
- Strictly observant of all regulations & policy by internal & external regulators.
