Job Description:

Introduction :


Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation (www.msf.org). We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicants for: Machar Colony, Karachi.


Main responsabilities :


- Financial bookkeeping and records keeping 


- Daily cash management, project related payments


- Assist in the implementation of the financial and operational policies and procedures 


- Assist in budget preparation and analysis  


Qualification & Experience


- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field    


- 1 year of MSF experience within Finance department or 2 years with an INGO or with private company


- Professional Accountancy Qualification                     


Knowledge & skills


 - Full Command of Microsoft Office Application (excel skills)


- Knowledge of software (UNIFIELD or any other ERP system such as SAP)  


- English written and spoken & Urdu
