We are a Karachi based FMCG company, with a large portfolio of products and Sales force placed Nation-wide.  Position Summary

• As NSM, based at HO in Lahore, you will have minimum experience of 5-7 years in FMCG industry. You would ensure achievement of agreed Targets and will be looking at growth opportunities, for increased revenues. Your area of operation will on National canvas and the entire Field Force, including RSM’s and ASM’s will Report to him.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and Sell our wide range of products through Company Sales and Distribution network, nationally.
• Increase width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and modifying, if required, current Distribution network. Maintains sales volumes planned and the product mix. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing Annual Sales objectives by regions and territories. To review the monthly sales forecast given by respective Line Mangers and prepare monthly sales forecast for zones and areas in line with annual sales forecast

Skills & Qualifications

• Ideally an MBA, with Marketing Major.
• A leader, with minimum 5-7 years of senior position experience in Sales Management, with in-depth knowledge and experience of Distribution networks and Sales Force.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Extensive experience with ability to think "out-of-the-box and develop creative solutions
• Proven track record in managing and directing Sales, nationally.
• To monitor results and to ascertain any deviation of results from plan and take correct measures for ensuring achievement of goals as per plan
