| Job Description: |
Main Accountabilities:
- Market Risk Management.
- Implementation of Market Risk framework bank wide and review the policies at least annually.
- Ensuring that sufficient robust risk control framework exist for business activity in Treasury to ensure that market and other risks undertaken by Treasury is being adequately identified, monitored, managed, controlled and reported to Senior Management.
- Report the exceptions in transactions to Head Office ICBC
- Prepare and monitor the foreign exchange gaps and report exception to Head of Risk
- Integrate the management of the Bank's overall risk, submit risk reports, and constantly improve the level of risk measurement.
- Prepare the monthly ALCO package for the review and action of the higher management covering the interest rate risk management.
- To update and develop internal statistical models for measurement of market risk that includes Value-at-Risk, Duration, PVBP, and etc.
- To calculate overall CAR of the Bank and specially market risk capital charge
- Prepare and submit SBP returns within required timeline, CAR and Stress Testing
Liquidity Risk Management
- Prepared Liquidity Risk policy and procedure for the local operation of the Bank.
- Implementation of Liquidity Risk policy bank wide and review the policies at least annually.
- Daily maintain and monitor the regulatory Liquidity requirement including Reserve requirement daily and weekly.
- Execute daily management for liquidity risk.
- Prepare the monthly ALCO package for the review and action of the higher management. covering the Liquidity risk management.
- Preparing different liquidity ratios for management review.
- To correspond and provide relevant information to regulatory, internal and external auditor.
