IdeasUnlimited is a global BPO, providing business process support services to clients all over the world. We are a US-based company and we are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Expert from Pakistan to work remotely for us.

JOB DUTIES:

- Proposing and developing customized quality evaluation programs

- Performing quality assurance as per the developed programs

- QA feedback implementation and management

- Carrying out training on quality assurance procedures and standards

- QA report creation and management

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- At least 3 years of Quality Assurance, Project Management or similar experience.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to work from home:

     . A quiet place

     . High-speed internet 

     . Headphone with mic (for meetings)

     . Power back up (will be reimbursed in six months)

- Professional, ethical and punctual.

AVAILABILITY:

Part-time (i.e. 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday)

SCHEDULE: 

9 pm to 1 am Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday OR

10 pm to 2 am Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday 

PACKAGE:

- 30 to 40k Base (Depending on Experience)

- 5K Punctuality bonus

- Paid leaves

Note:

- We will be using a monitoring software to check your work efficiency and productivity on a daily basis. The position does offer the comfort of working from home but demands the same efficiency, productivity, and professionalism that is the norm of the industry.

- You will be signing a work agreement with our company. You will need to provide all of the necessary legal documents to complete the hiring process.

- The recruitment/interviewing process is done digitally (Skype).
