Fides Technologies Islamabad office is looking for 2+ years experienced Telesales Managers:
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound sales calls to existing customers
- Enter customer orders in ordering system
- Establish excellent relations with customers
- Achieve desired Key Performance Indicators such as volume of calls, orders and handling time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative
- Fluent in English and Punjabi languages
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Must be able to work in night shift; 6 pm - 3 am
