Job Description:

· Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stocks in the warehouse.

· Responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in stock at warehouse.

· Monitor and maintain finished goods stock at warehouse with minimum loss/damages.

· Timely reporting and reporting of the damaged stock.

· Ensure daily cycle as well as monthly stock count of finished goods.

· Ensure safety and security of warehouse with the help of administration.

· On job training of Warehouse staff.

· Maintain proper documentations and records; making monthly progress report.

· To ensure all Stores activities are carried smoothly.

· Maintain better relationships with dealers, sale and service team.

· Ensure proper delivery/dispatch to dealers with zero loss.

· Responsible for accurate planning of vehicle trips to the markets.

· Feed data in Oracle wherever required.

· Ensure warehouse is properly cleaned and housekeeping is maintained as per standards

· Payment of all utility bills for their respective location

•Warehouse operating procedures,•Placement of stock-(FIFO)
