Chughtaiz requires an experienced and seasoned HR proffesional to look after its HR department. The candidate should have a great command over recruiting as he would be expected to hire a diverse range of individuals from blue collar staff to high network individuals. The candidate would be expected to take care of the factory as well as the showroom's hr so should have a diverse experience in managing labour to high network individuals.
Candidate should also have strong command over all hr documentations and procedures from developing kpi's to performance upraisals. |
