| Job Description: |
Al Fatah Electronics is looking for an experienced professional with expertise in IT.
- Assists with IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs in support of one or more functional areas.
- Perform troubleshooting, resolution and problem analysis.
- Provides a high degree of courteous and helpful customer service at all times.
- Desktop support & Server Support.
- Must have strong capability to develop system installation and configuration documents for references.
- Must have experience to work independently.
- Performing routine audits of systems and software.
- Install & Configure Computer System, Networking, Printers & Scanners
- Monitoring, Maintaining Computer Systems & Networks & facilitating other department’s computer related Issues.
- Investigate, Diagnose & Solve Computer Hardware & Software System.
- Troubleshoot issues related to client server connectivity.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrade/ Data Backup.
- Administration of computer networks including LAN & WAN, Systems (Desktop) and platforms (Windows).
- Configurations of switches and Mikro-tik and Cisco Switches/Firewall.
- Plan and implement network security/rights to users through Microsoft windows server 2012 R2/2008 R2.
- Maintaining security cameras and handle to the online devices.
- Implementation of firewall and managing server.
- Remote access solution implementation and support VPN and terminal services.
- Maintaining Bio Metric Attendance.
- Maintaining stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- Managing telephone exchange/copier/online printers/ fax.
- Support users to working on production ERP software with liaison of software house.
- Monthly visits to network.
- Visit to l market as per requirement of purchasing.
- Draw network diagrams for smooth working of IT Operations.
- Maintain in-depth documentation of activities and system configuration.
- Assists with the preparation of systems assessments or certifications.
- Assists with the execution of test processes and scenarios, track results, and make recommendations of system fixes.
