| Job Description: |
- Analyse and isolate issues, Network troubleshooting.
- Installation/troubleshooting of all development and designing tools.
- Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Client and Server based platform. Should be involved in Active Directory Administration and User/Groups provisioning.
- PABX Knowledge.
- Purchase of equipment when needed.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick Problem resolving skills.
- Responsible for installing, Configuration and troubleshooting Windows clients and Server based platform.
- Should be involved in Active Directory Administrator and User/Groups provisioning.
- Responsible for hardware installation, RAID, Data Recovery, data restorations capabilities and troubleshooting Network Nodes.
- Maintain and administer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, servers, systems software, application software and all configurations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software and other network/system problems, replaces defective components when necessary.
- Responsible for Security Management of the systems.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Provides users with technical support.
- Perform installation of approved software & hardware to business users
- Manage software licensing, and create policies and procedures for upgrades.
- Create user accounts and managing access control based on company policies.
