| Job Description: |
- Maintaining accounting records.
- Verification of Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Records, Invoicing, Computational Finance, Bookkeeping, Payroll & Tax Processing, Reporting, accounts reconciliations.
- Handle and Manage Petty Cash.
- Upon requirement preparation of the organization’s monthly bank, Inter branches and Western Union reconciliations.
- Ensuring preparation of payroll.
- Ensuring preparation of daily banking.
- Preparing & Posting Month End Prepaid Vouchers.
- Carrying out annual physical verification of fixed assets with reference to the fixed asset register.
- Preparation of physical verification reports and submit to the management.
- Filing of the documents related to accounts department.
- Processing of payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
- Making rent Cheques of all branches and dispatch or deposit rent cheques and post vouchering.
- Post expense entries & Western Union Settlement of Head Office entries.
- Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Correspondence with branches with respect to accounting and financial matters.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
