| Job Description: |
- All transactions receipts will be verified by the Audit Officer to ensure compliance of delegation of powers for approval and appropriate audit evidence / support with voucher.
- Conduct the Audit of revenue, expenditures and other financial aspects of the company.
- Audit Officer will observe and report the compliance issues of all the rules and regulations as circulated by the Company and its management.
- Audit Officer will report the non-compliances with all the Company’s policies and procedures. The same should be followed by all the departments and administrative staff at branches and head office.
- Assist the management for removal of all observations as pointed out by the External Auditors is their report and management letter.
- The Audit Officer will report all the deficiencies with recommendation which he will observe while performing its functions.
- The Audit Officer will ensure the effective and efficient usage of company’s assets which are handed over to him.
- Prepares timely audit reports for Audit Manager, Higher Management and the Board of Directors.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
