| Job Description: |
- Troubleshooting, Startup, Commissioning Preventive Maintenance of Diesel.
- Engines like 103, 104, 1103, 1104, 1006, 1300, 4000, Series of Perkins.
- Major, Top overhauling, Load testing both in Industry, Fields & Workshop.
- Advice clients on work performed, overall Engine condition, and prospect repair requirements.
- Prepare Field Service Reports (FSR) for submitting to customer according to SMJ standards.
- Maintained communication with management or client to ensure awareness of mechanical repair problems.
- Performed alignments on Engines to Alternator.
- Performed emission testing on Engine.
- Maintain mechanical service tools on a scheduled basis.
- Detail inspection of parts in Overhauling.
- Regular reporting to manager regarding troubleshooting issues.
- Giving mechanical repair instructions to junior staff.
