A well Reputed startup is hiring high achieving Startup Deputy CEO to join a young, dynamic start-up who are revolutionizing the industry. Expect to be at the heart of a truly unique movement that will have a massive impact within Pakistan Premium laundry & cleaning space.
You are required to be able to start immediately, ideally before 1st August at the latest.
What are we looking in you?
To qualify… You should be a having 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development and expansion in corporate, strategy formation, Supply chain, operations and administration and should have been at the role of senior business manager or business head in any reputable startup or any organization.
Working closely with the CEO will enjoy a varied role developing and evaluating new opportunities whilst supporting key operational tasks.
Whether you are identifying new leads and markets; meetings and industry events; preparing presentations / proposals; working closely with marketing; Building a team; supporting the network; or managing external vendors/partners, you will be key in ensuring maximum productivity of their high quality service.
Must be able to travel to carry out activities and events. Project the startup at various stages.
Should be able to achieve your & team targets and overachieve them. Being sales, business development head one of your responsibility will also be to achieve sales targets.

Qualification & Experience:
· You must be a business graduate from well-known institution with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, business development & operations, supply chain and business process automation, comfortable to operate CRM and ERP.
· Must have team management experience and proven high sales achievement record.
