| Job Description: |
- Escalation point for all technical issues
- Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated.
- Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
- Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment
- Able to make customers feel great about their support experience regardless of the outcome via high level, polished customer and relationship management skills
- Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
- Sound Knowledge in Solaris 10/11 and Oracle Linux Operating system
- Proficiency in supporting various Oracle Servers (SPARC/X86 platforms) running Solaris operating system
- Oracle Virtualization, LDOM & Server Sizing
- Configuring and Administering Solaris Zones and Containers on SUN Solaris 10/11 OS
- Patches and Packages administration
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- 24*7 availability to provide support services
- Any other duties as assigned by management
