| Job Description: |
We are looking for the candidate for the post of “Environmental Expert/Monitoring Manager” for our company. He /She shall be responsible to conduct the continuous monitoring of projects and point out the tribulations if any, for the immediate remedy and smooth operations of project.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of planned activities in accordance with the schedule and resource load.
- Training of field management staff and Hospital Staff.
- Planned visits of all the sites on monthly basis to evaluate the implementation of hospital waste management standardized practices and report submissions.
- Online monitoring of all the sites and immediate remedy of any bottleneck in the execution of operations.
- Plug the gaps if any in timely execution of the projects.
- To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensures quality of the data by random verifications and validations.
- To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way.
- Ensure the compilation of all kind of reports on time for onward submission to the top management and customers.
- To analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data.
- Ensure that implementation of field activities and adheres to company monitoring and evaluation system.
- Participate actively in programme planning process.
