• Ability to Manage Linux Server.
• Ability to manage Domains/Hosting.
• Acts as team leader on projects.
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
• Lead of team on a project and guide and mend them along the way.
• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
• Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
• Establishing and guiding the websites architecture.
• Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
• Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
• Instructs, assigns, and directs the work of other software developers on development team.
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the Project
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
• Develop website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices valid enough to pass W3C validation standard.
• Should be proactive in learning and should have forethought of outcome before development.
• Should be able to exhibit such leading skills over discussion and should very good communication skills.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working with PHP, Frameworks related to their server-side language of choice like Laravel, codeigniter etc.
• Individual should also have sound knowledge of MySQL, Node.js, AngularJS or ReactJs.
• Server Management skills with at least 1 year experience managing the development and production environment.
• Good knowledge of Website Design and ability to manage the UI/UX Team along with deployment and Monitoring on hosting.
• Should also have good supervision skills to assist the individual in managing a team.
