Graduation with 6-10 Years of experience
- To handle and supervise all site matters and to increase selling to achieve goals.
- Overall supervision of construction activities in infrastructural development works of the estate.
- To ensure that all the construction activities being executed at site are as per the technical specifications and contract documents.
- To coordinate with the Engineering Department regarding site problems/issues and their timely solution for smooth execution of the project.
- Act as coordinator between contractor and consultant head office engineering team.
- To keep and manage the quality of the project construction and maintain the quality assurance record accordingly.
- Processing/forwarding of contractors and consultant invoices to Head Office for approval.
- To engage site staff at site for proper monitoring of construction activities.
- Co-ordination between different agencies involved in infrastructure development work.
- Approval of building plan as per prevailing Bye Laws
