Job Description:

  • Properly communicate sale package details and promotional offers to customers with proper English and in customer’s native language standard (Accent).

  • Provide customers with specific/customized product and service information as per their requirement and provider offering.

  • Must showcase high level of convincing approach during each call.

  • Must showcase high level of focus, concentration, listening, dedication, hard work, enthusiasm on each call.

  • Must complete daily/weekly/monthly sales target

  • Must Sell, Up-sell/cross-sell products and services and place customer orders in computer system.

  • Must track transfer record in his/her system

  • Complete call logs and reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.
