• Proven experience as application developer

• Hands on experience of both Android and iOS development.

• Application developers must be able to recognize the needs of customers, and create new applications that answer those needs.

• Creativity is needed to help invent new ways of approaching problems and developing innovative applications.

• If dealing directly with clients and customers, application developers would need good customer service skills to answer questions and fix issues.

• Design creative prototypes according to specifications

• Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines

• Troubleshoot and debug applications

• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features

• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

• Great attention to detail and time-management skills

• Certified application developer is a plus
