Job Description:
  • Process the monthly Payroll of the staff at all locations with minimum supervision.
  • To maintain and update employees record in the Payroll software.
  • To maintain the employee Leave and Attendance record and its effect in the Payroll.
  • Administration and execution of Employee Benefits and allowances such as Medical , Leave encashment ,Bonus, Loans, Advance against salary ,Overtime etc.
  • Assist the Line Manager in ensuring compliance with Govt. regulations & policies, matters pertaining to workers and staff.
  • To support the Line Manager in the formulation, implementation and reviewing of the Compensation & Benefit policies.
  • To monitor and supervise system generated Centralized attendance report on daily basis.
  • To handle Exit formalities of the employees, maintain employee Resignations record including the processing of Full and Final settlements and its computation.
  • Catering the employee Payroll related queries and resolve the salary errors and discrepancies in timely and efficient manner.
  •  Complete knowledge of regulatory payments E.g. Income Tax, EOBI, PESSI, SESSI, etc and its timely payment to government authorities.
  • To ensure the E-Pay slips is shared with the employees at all locations on timely basis.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of Income Tax law.
  • Deduction of tax from payroll in compliance of Income Tax Ordinance 2001 & Income Tax Rule 2002.
  • To do Salary & Benefits market survey & analysis as and when required basis
  • To assist the Line Manager to handle the PF Fund in order to manage all Legal and Operational transactions.

Performance Management:

  • To ensure the smooth process and flow of Performance Appraisal process, Annual increments and implement subsequent changes in the Payroll Software.
  • Prepare Quarterly and annual reports as and when required basis.
  • To work closely with the Line Manager to maintain Salary Compression, Internal and External equity issues and manage a Competitive Compensation Framework enabling a pay for performance concept.
  • To prepare monthly reports related to Payroll for the management review.
