We are EU based startup specializing in providing consultancy services pertaining to IT solution design and deployment to enterprise customers. We focus primarily on providing cloud based solutions and in addition does also provide managing services for our clients. As part of our long term strategy, we are in the process of establishing our offshore development centers in Pakistan which would eventually become our strategic assets in the long run. These centers would be the core building blocks to deliver world class business value to our customers. The company is being established by some very experienced IT professionals with a collective experience of 40 years in multiple geographical regions, functional domains and verticals. 

Position:

As part of our current hiring cycle, we are looking for experts who have hand-on experience of working with Salesforce solutions. There are multiple positions available ranging from junior developer to team leader. In this role:

• You will be working within small agile teams in end-to-end project lifecycles.
• You will be analyzing the customer requirements, proposing the solutions against the requirements, configuring the solutions and integrating it with the external systems.
• You will additionally be deploying and managing (supporting) the customers in the testing and post-live phases.
• You will be striving to achieve absolute customer satisfaction.
• You should also be improving your skills within the intended domains and work towards achieving certified status in your respective track.

Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum bachelor degree within computer science or a related discipline.
• Have the programming experience in at least one of the high level languages. Additional experience in scripting languages would be preferred.
• Have strong grasp of the basic computer science concepts like data structures, automata, programming paradigms etc.
• Have the basic concept of web applications and cloud based applications, web architecture, protocol stacks, security and privacy.
• We are looking for self-motivated team players.
• Should be willing to learn new technologies and to acquire new skills
• Excellent command over English.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered for the junior roles.
• Preferred Qualifications (for Senior Roles):
• Salesforce certification (Architect or Consultant) is highly desired.
• Experience in other emerging technologies would also be preferred like Machine Learning, IoT etc.
• Experience with public clouds especially AWS would also be considered as an asset.
• Should have experience of working with Salesforce.
• Your monthly expected salary for full time role (40 hours per week)
