• You must be able to work in Evening and Night shifts


• Must have call center experience with good skills IF you are not experienced you must have full command in english.


• You will be responsible for assessing their work and give them feedback to maximize performance.


• Applicant should be able to handle the workload and generate required sales.


• have good experience with many different campaigns 


• To implement the policies of the company and ensure their execution


• To have extensive control of all operational activities pertaining to Production Floor


• To improve and facilitate teamwork and coordination through effective communication


• setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;


• Enforcing policies and procedures.

• Base Salary + commission
