Job Description:

1. Monthly submission of Income tax related to Employees and filing of monthly statement of the same.

2. Weekly submission of Income Tax payment related to vendors and filing of monthly statement of the same.

3. Filing of Annual Return of the employees U/S 149 and of vendors U/S 165.

4. Filing of Annual Income Tax Return of the Company U/S 114.

5. Independent processing of refund case of the company. Handling all matters related to collection of data, preparing folders, till accomplishment of verification procedure. Resolving all queries from filing of refund application till issuance of refund U/S 170(4).

6. Handling all matters related to the acquisition of exemption certificate of the company U/S 153(1)(a).

7. Acting as an Associate Representative of the company, being a lawyer handling matters related to sales tax, income tax, excise duty etc. occasionally visit to Tax and legal authorities whenever required.

8. Assisting CFO in corporate matters, filing of annual statutory returns e.g. Form A, Form 29 and updating of minutes of AGM and other board resolutions.

9. Supervising of Timely submission of EOBI and Social Security returns. Finalizing and supervising the Audit, related to the said contributions.

10. Monthly updating of income tax and wealth tax returns of directors.

11. Preparation and finalizing of all documents that need to get registered from Lower Court, SECP and FBR.

12. Preparation and final submission of all documents related to FBR, e.g. Notice reply to FBR, letters reply to FBR U/S, 122,161,171,114 etc.

13. Compliance of notices raised by FBR, its discussion with consultant, preparation and due compliance at hearing or meeting with officers (till Chief Commissioner Level).

14. Calculation of advance tax U/S 147 and computation of tax and other queries related thereto.
