- Familiar with tools - You must be familiar with tools like Android Studio, Api testing tools Postman, Logcat, Sqlite browser.
- Good at debugging - You should know everything about debugger tool, For me to write few lines of codes is not a big deal but to debug them is a big deal. If someone is good at debugging he is a good developer.
- Git - If you know about git, this will be plus point to you. Every project need to manage and it will help.
- Code guidelines - You must follow code guidelines like naming convention, write comment, not creating lots of object, using constant string in xml, etc.
- Third party library : As a startup they need to complete project in less time and here it will be so useful. There are some popular android library you must familiar.
- You have a sound knowledge about android components and i will recommend to read them from Android Developers .
- For startup you must be good at ui and ux
