This position is responsible for providing human resources support, but is not limited to the following functional
areas: Recruiting,Performance Managementand Compliance support and general office administration.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinates the recruiting process (schedule interviews; administer pre-employment testing, letters, etc.)
Coordinate Follow-up with add publishers for job posting.
Prepares correspondence to include offer letters, interview schedules, and recruiting forms/requests.
Prepare Job Descriptions of employees for posting ads and preparations of operation manuals
Review update existing policies, procedures manual employee handbook
Conduct job analysis, post job advertisements, coordinate with online job portals, manage resume database
Prepare and maintain personnel files
Conduct new employee orientation
Prepare departments budget, analyze turnover and retention costs, and prepare analyze statistical monthly
severance reports
Manage coordinate probationary annual evaluations
Lead/coordinate training programs
Plan for quarterly events coordinate with Administration in order to achieve desired objectives through
events
