Job Description:
  • Able to setup an Outbound Call Center from scratch.
  • Managing the daily running of the call centre, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call centre strategies and operation.
  • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
  • Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded.
  • Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
  • Coordinating staff recruitment, including writing vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff.

  • Required Skills:
    2-3 years experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
    Good spoken and written language skills
    Ability to plan and execute
    Ability to persuade and negotiate
    Ability to work under stress
    Ability to manage a team.
    Ability to achieve weekly basis targets

    Worked as CSR and CLOSER experience.
