Job Description
· Maintains administrative staff by helping HR in the process of recruiting, selecting and orienting,
· Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
· Accomplishes venue cleanliness, healthy and fresh, good in temperature depending upon the season. Maintain office outfit by planning, monitoring, and assignment of responsibilities.
· Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, IT rooms, electric room, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
· Provides systems by required needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment’s; approving invoices.
· Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
· Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
· Improves office outfit by service quality by getting new vendors on board; updating procedures of purchasing and on time delivery.
· Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements.
· Maintains continuity of requirement provision of corporate divisions,
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; establishing personal networks.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
