| Job Description: |
Responsibilities
- Utilize our various technologies to monitor, flag and investigate suspicious transactions
- Work with our data analysts to identify trends, putting in place additional processes to safeguard future transactions
- Act fast, yet efficiently to investigate suspected cases of fraud - reaching out to users to gather relevant information
- Liaise with Stripe to avert cases of fraud once a transaction has been flagged as suspicious
- Work with our product team to help optimize our platform’s ability to flag suspicious activity
- Handle Support Chat and Customer Support Ticket and educate users
Candidates should have:
- At least 2 years in a Fraud Analyst role
- A solid understanding of KYC, AML and the chargeback process, Compliance.
- The personality to challenge leadership strategy where your experience suggests an alternative route.
- An analytical mindset - look beyond the data and follow your instincts
- The ability to identify issues and opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen best practices.
- Supreme organizational skills and a hunger for efficiency
- Fluency in English - verbal and written
