| Job Description: |
- Prepare financial models, feasibilities and sensitivity analysis, etc.;
- Performing valuation analysis based on different methodologies;
- Formulating investment strategies and recommendations;
- Participate in the financial and business due diligence;
- Supporting the preparation of investment memos and other materials;
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s operating trends through in-depth knowledge of the company's financial metrics and financial results, including continuously validating the reports and analysis performed to identify such trends.
- Closely monitoring financial market trends, opportunities, risks, and new investment opportunities;
- Compile financial data into reports for the senior management;
- Proactively address all requirements of the lenders and investors related to legal & financial documentation and procedural requirements before and after Financial Closure;
- Work within a dynamic team environment.
