The Business Development Representative needs to be the one who is ready to accept the challenges and is self-driven. Experience on business to business sales will be preferred while call center experience will be a plus. They need to be the one who possess exceptional communication & selling skills along with business understanding .
Key Skills

- Has experience in business to business sales
- Be able to dial the warm leads as researched by him/her and provided by the team lead.
- Needs to possess exceptional English speaking, writing and selling skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability work with a CRM system
- Must be presentable, be familiar with using social media and LinkedIn
- Comfortable working in late afternoon/early night shifts.
- Well-versed with CRM usage and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold/Warm Calling of clients by region
- Email Prospecting
- Updating CRM with required details
- Researching Leads
- Any other business development activity as required by the Manager
