We are looking for HR Manager with the following
Job Description:
- Fulfill Recruitment needs of company
- Shortlisting, conducting initial interviews.
- Employee orientation process
- Manage HR Exit process
- Performance Evaluation of Employees for appraisals
- Managing the compliance by all employees, in case of wrong conduct issue warning letters.
- Manage payroll process and salary
- Take care of HR / Labor-related issues with Govt. departments
- Manage and implement HR Policies, Loan Policies, etc.
- Grievance handling & Conflictmmanagement
- Maintain HR-related record of all Employees
- Take ownership of the performance management process design and management.
- Introduce employee benefits and incentives to engage and motivate employees.
- Any other task assigned by Team Lead/Manager.
- Should have experience of working with ERP
