| Job Description: |
- CPV / CRV / BPV / JV Posting on Oracle Entries.
- Maintain Vendor’s Ledger.
- Daily Bank Report (DBR) & Bank Visits.
- Daily Sale Collections.
- Daily Cash Inward & Outward flow Report (DCR).
- Profit & Loss Report (P&L).
- Support the CFO in managing and resolving financial issues.
- Store, files/ documents and reports as and when needed.
- Manage all office orders on regular basis.
- Generate Monthly Staff Payroll Report.
- Issue Salary slips, on job letters, bank account opening letters to staff
- Maintain billing cycle e.g. Electricity, Gas, Mobile, Internet & other Government & Private legal fees.
- Connect with three branches in Lahore & fulfill their financial needs as per company rules & regulations.
- Collect cash sales from warehouse & supply chain.
- Making sure, all office/ branches expenses are approved & documented.
