Job Description:

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects and product requirements.
• Work as a swiss knife for the company where you may have to handle multiple different tasks to make things move.
• Prepare manageable chunks of the project to be developed in an Agile manner.
• Time estimates for project delivery after consultation with the technical team and Engineering Manager. 
• Ensure timely delivery of the project/product as per agreed timelines.
• Understand the blockers and take the required actions to get them resolved.
• Should be able to understand the different technical aspects of the product. 
• Using SCRUM/KANBAN methodologies to populate tasks on project management tools and assign them to respective technical team members on a priority basis. 
• Oversight of the Agile team, to drive the project development cycle including business requirements development, design, test, launch and adoption to ensure delivery against expectations.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. 
• Create and maintain a consistent and measurable roadmap of our products spanning both smaller features and more ambitious, market-shaping bets. 
• Play a key role in capturing the business, functional, and technical requirements necessary to implement new products or features within our flagship product suite.
• Independently, develop the requirements and direct the implementation from large to small scale features.
• Create a detailed backlog based on the roadmap for the team. Facilitate the review and approval process for the backlog.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines with at least 5 years’ experience in the area of software project management.
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Experience in technical project management, owning and driving end-to-end project requirements across multiple technology teams. 
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful projects and product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proficientin enterprise software and SaaS delivery model especially release planning, go-to-market, customer-facing tools, training, and education material development. 
• Strong communication and project management skills applied in a practical setting.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology. 
• PMP certificate will be a plus.
• Software development experience in the past will be a plus.
• Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
