Job Description:
  • We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales engineer who has in-depth knowledge of Hubspot, for our growing company.

Position Overview

  • As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities within defined market segments as well as maintain an active, healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Provide day to day end-user support including implementation, configuration, and management services for Hubspot Software.
  • Be ready to support requests from team members on Hubspot issues.
  • Must know how to integrate Jira, agile and other software with Hubspot.
  • Reaching out to potential customers with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth and support the existing customer base
  • Positively represent the Carta Healthcare brands, and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain social and professional relationships with customers by responding to customer product inquiries via telephone and/or email.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) year bachelors degree in technical field or equivalent
  • Experience working with high-growth B2B SaaS Healthcare sales (customer-facing end-to-end sales)
  • Excellent technical skills of Hubspot.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Hubspot software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • Client-centered, with a desire to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
