| Job Description: |
- UK based accident management company requires young, energetic & experienced candidates for Afternoon shifts, Male Timings (12pm-10pm) & Female Timings (12pm-10pm)
- Preferably (UK, USA, UAE) returns.
- Remember! We are not a typical call Centre and no target based jobs but a UK Base sub-handling office.
- Applicant must have good listening power and communication skills with fluent English.
- We are only considering long term candidates who are actually seeking for an opportunity to grow with us.
- Job Timings – Male Timings (12pm-10pm) & Female Timings (12pm-10pm)
- We will hire you only If you have required skills, potential, talent and capability.
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
- Negotiating the final price for the sale/purchase of vehicles
- Selling/Buying accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen.
- Completing the paperwork for each sale.
- Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales.
- Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
- Having comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different automobiles, their features and characteristics, such as engine size, mileage, gas usability, and colors, quick comparing and contrasting of different competitive models and examining cars
