Coordinating with Training activities

Maintaining and regularly updating master database ( Personal file, Personal database etc) of each employee

Maintain record of Employees in soft and hard form

To get the references/verifications of the credentials/claims provided by the candidates

To make arrangements of employee orientation

To maintain the secrecy of the firms all information

To make the arrangements of interviews (including call upon, texting, time scheduling & communication with the interviewers/pannel)

To abide by the general course od discipline as per the existing policies
