| Job Description: |
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and softwares.
- Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software, hardware & network faults.
- Analyze equipment performance records in order to evaluate and/or recommend determine the need for repair or replacement for Users.
- Network printer, scanner & photocopier configuration and management.
- Maintaining Security Cameras system.
- Maintaining Bio-Metric Attendance Machines.
- Maintain I.T Inventory (Computer, printer , network, etc.)
- Manage Network structure cabling.
- Online support to branch offices.
- Any other relevant task as assigned by the I.T Manager.
