| Job Description: |
A new startup in delivery and distribution services is looking for a determined, energetic and capable senior accounts officer to manage the day to day accounts for the firm and its related subsidaries.
Must be competent in excel and highly motivated to grow with the company. A certification in accounting is highly recommended.
Responsibilities :
- General Ledger
- Account Receivable & Payable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll & Utilities
- Invoices
- Month & year-end Closing by Preparing Financial Statements
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Fixed asset activity
- Debt activity
- Costing
- Stock Reconciliation
- Periodic Stock Taking
- Inventory Management System (POS) Data Reporting
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Assist in filling of monthly Income tax Withholding and Sales Tax Return
- Assist in External Audit
