| Job Description: |
2.1 Following the work in all procedures of Project development , such as , land acquisition , Evacuation,Filling Tariff ,LOS and Financial close, etc;
2.2Document preparation and guidance of all procedures for developing the project based on the team support;
2.3 Communications & Negotiations in documents preparation and contracts with all parties involved the project development Such as Government organizations, law, tax, financial agencies , and all others third parties, etc;
2.4 Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation;
2.5 Manages daily works for developing the projects;
2.6 Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise
Accepts extra duties as situations arise. |
