Job Description: |
H-Tech Solutions (a subsidiary of GCS Group of Companies) is looking for Customer Support Representative for one of the leading banks of Pakistan. The person should possess strong communication skills, impressive leadership, the energy and motivation and to play a key role in a dynamic, growing technology-based company as he/she will be a front line of support to customer.
The said person should have at least a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a call center. Experience with as a phone banking officer is must.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing banking products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical – ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions
- Teamwork, Discipline, and time management
- Other related job responsibilities as assigned by Call Center Asst. Manager or Manager
- All assigned reports
